 kundlichen Praxen mit schwerwiegenden und schwierigeren Erkrankungen des M
 uskelapparates zu tun\, die sich in ihrer Betrachtung dem rheumatischen Fo
 rmenkreis entziehen und von diesem auch differenziert werden müssen. Die 
 Krankheitsbilder werden kurz vorgestellt und ganzheitliche Therapievorschl
 äge erarbeitet.\nVortrag 2: Naturheilkundliches Therapiekonzept zur Behan
 dlung des Fibromyalgie-Syndroms\nEine besondere Form "generalisierter" Mus
 kelverspannungen tritt bei der sog. Fibromyalgie auf. Schmerzen\, die übe
 rall gleichzeitig auftreten\, die depressiv machen\, den Schlaf rauben\, d
 ie heute da sind\, morgen weg. Zahlreiche begleitende Beschwerden können 
 beobachtet werden\, etwa chronische Müdigkeit und Erschöpfung\, Schlafst
 örungen\, Kopfschmerz\, Empfindungsstörungen\, Reizdarm- und Reizblasens
 ymptome\, Depression\, "ruhelose Beine"\, druckschmerzhafte Punkte (Tender
 points) und erhöhte Kälteempfindlichkeit. Das FMS ist das Chamäleon unt
 er den Krankheiten. Knapp zwei Millionen Deutsche sind Schätzungen zufolg
 e betroffen\; Frauen etwa sieben- bis achtmal häufiger als Männer.\nDie 
 medikamentöse Therapie mit Antidepressiva\, Antiepileptika\, nichtsteroid
 alen Antirheumatika (NSAR) hat häufig Nebenwirkungen und ihr Effekt ist b
 ei der Behandlung des Fibromyalgie-Syndroms häufig gering. Hoffnung macht
  eine neue Vergleichsstudie mit dem natürlichen Extrakt der französische
 n Meereskiefer – Pycnogenol®. In dem Vortrag werden auch weitere naturh
